Initial briefing and background
A senior consultant will meet with you to discuss your business scenario, marketing budget and expectations.
1. Research Interview
We will ask questions and discuss your scenario to gather the detailed information we need for the analysis stage. We’ll cover topics including:
- Your organisation’s needs, issues and objectives.
- Differentiation and target market clarification.
- Competitor and industry analysis
2. Situational Analysis
Luminosity analyses the data collected during the Research Interview by assessing your business situation in conjunction with a wide range of branding and marketing factors. This process strategically informs the brainstorming stage.
3. Tactics Brainstorm
Two senior consultants will collaborate with you to develop a number of marketing tactics appropriate to your situation, needs and marketing objectives.
4. Marketing Checkup Report
Your consultant meets with you to handover and discuss the report. The report typically comprises:
- A summary of your objectives, perceived issues and needs
- our findings, opinions and recommendations
- marketing strategies and/or tactics for your consideration
- estimated production/implementation times and budget estimates.
